v0.5: Audio improvements, better lighting

added volume controls for Master / Music / Effects / Voice
the Voice volume refers to the in-game voice, not voice chat (there's none of that)
added background music which plays when you're just roaming about
(technical) changed the baked light map settings, disabled lightmap compression, looks better, still good FPS.
