Fairly simple fix here to stop players spamming the same target over and over:
- a run of 5 consecutive wrong answers fails the level completely
- a total of 8 wrong answers fails the level completely
Also added a scrolling report card above the blackboards showing the last 10 (or less) answers as tick marks if correct or crosses if wrong.
